I’ve worked almost 20 years in the restaurant business, as both a chef and owner/operator. This blog is for urban professionals and students, or anyone who wishes to make easy, healthy, and (relatively) inexpensive meals, that also don’t require a huge amount of cleanup. I also want to demonstrate that you don’t need a huge amount of kitchen space, and all the fancy gadgets, to make great food that you can be proud of. Small kitchen cooking is not just about making do with what you’ve got, it’s about maximizing what is possible to achieve.
